{"id":34388,"date":"2019-10-13T09:53:00","date_gmt":"2019-10-13T07:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/miradordeatarfe.es\/?p=34388"},"modified":"2019-10-11T11:22:57","modified_gmt":"2019-10-11T09:22:57","slug":"la-nueva-piramide-alimentaria-incluye-consejos-como-dar-10-000-pasos-diarios-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/miradordeatarfe.es\/?p=34388","title":{"rendered":"La nueva pir\u00e1mide alimentaria incluye consejos como dar 10.000 pasos diarios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Dr. Javier Aranceta-Bartrina explica la actualizaci\u00f3n de esta gu\u00eda para llevar una dieta saludable y equilibrada<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El mi\u00e9rcoles 9 de octubre  se present\u00f3 la nueva pir\u00e1mide  alimentaria, una gu\u00eda que no se actualizaba desde el a\u00f1o 2001.\u00a0 Tal y  como ha explicado en <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/cadenaser.com\/programa\/hoy_por_hoy\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>Hoy por hoy<\/em><\/strong><\/a> con Gemma Nierga, el <strong>doctor Javier Aranceta-Bartrina<\/strong>, coordinador de esta gu\u00eda, los mayores cambios se encuentran, en primer lugar, en la recomendaci\u00f3n de <strong>andar 10.000 pasos todos los d\u00edas<\/strong>,  o una hora de actividad f\u00edsica diaria, porque \u201ccomemos sobre todo para  movernos\u201d. Lo que lleva a\n que <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cadenaser.com\/seccion\/gastro\/\">\u201ccocinemos con amor\u201d<\/a>. \u201cHay que saber comprar para comer bien, y luego hay que saber cocinar bien\u201d<\/strong>,\n ha recordado Aranceta-Bartrina. El papel de la hidrataci\u00f3n \nimportant\u00edsimo, \u201cel eje debe ser el agua\u201d, aunque haya m\u00e1s tipos de \nbebidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero el n\u00facleo de esta pir\u00e1mide es la <a href=\"https:\/\/cadenaser.com\/tag\/dieta_mediterranea\/a\/\"><strong>dieta mediterr\u00e1nea<\/strong><\/a>\n como subrayaba el doctor Aranceta-Bartrina, \u201cnos ha permitido llegar \nhasta aqu\u00ed con un buen estado de salud en general, aunque puede haber \nalgunos ajustes. <strong>Este n\u00facleo hay que recuperarlo sobre todo a partir de origen vegetal: cereales, legumbres, verduras, frutas<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al gran alimento demonizado, <strong>el <a href=\"https:\/\/cadenaser.com\/tag\/pan\/a\/\">pan<\/a>, sigue siendo la base de la pir\u00e1mide<\/strong>.\n Sin embargo hay que matizar qu\u00e9 tipo de pan es el recomendable para una\n dieta saludable.
