(Parte 2\u00aa)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span id=\"page1362R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\">\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ATARFE<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"page1362R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">El T\u00e9rmino Municipal de Atarfe posee en la actualidad Normas subsidiarias aprobadas el 29 de abril de 1993.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\">\u00a0 <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">En julio de 2008 se realiza una Adaptaci\u00f3n Parcial a la LOUA de dichas Normas Subsidiarias.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid12\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page1362R_mcid12\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">El trazado de las ampliaciones del Metro Ligero de Granada penetra en el t\u00e9rmino municipal de Atarfe por la<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">carreta GR-3417 procedente de Albolote y discurre por \u00e9l a lo largo de 4,5 km por diferentes corredores.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page1362R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Los trazados estudiados atraviesan Suelo Urbano Consolidado, Suelo Urbano No Consolidado, Suelo<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Urbanizable Sectorizado y Suelo No Urbanizable Protegido.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan leemos en el tomo 1 p\u00e1gina 70 las <strong>expropiaciones en la linea N1 serian 555,738\u00b420 y en la N2\u00a0 una mayor cantidad y coste\u00a0 de 2,382,302\u00b420<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page1362R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">A continuaci\u00f3n se define m\u00e1s pormenorizadamente los tipos de suelo atravesados por las alternativas<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">definidas en Atarfe:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid17\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page1362R_mcid17\" class=\"markedContent\"><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u2022<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Tramo com\u00fan de la Alternativas N1A y N2:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid22\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Del P.K. 1+850 al P.K. 1+950 atraviesa Suelo No Urbanizable Protegido. Se trata de un nivel de<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">protecci\u00f3n B (protecci\u00f3n por planificaci\u00f3n territorial o urban\u00edstica)<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid26\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Del P.K. 1+950 al P.K. 2+100, en la margen norte est\u00e1 clasificado como<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Suelo Urbano No<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Consolidado mientras que en la sur es Suelo No Urbanizable Protegido con nivel de protecci\u00f3n<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">B.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid30\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Del P.K. 2+100 al P.K. 2+360 en la margen norte est\u00e1 clasificado como Suelo Urbano<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Consolidado mientras que en la sur es Suelo Urbanizable Sectorizado.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid35\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"page1362R_mcid35\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u2022<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Alternativa N1A:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span id=\"page1362R_mcid40\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Del P.K. 2+360 al P.K. 2+730 atraviesa Suelo Urbano Consolidado, correspondiendo lo de la<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">margen sur a Sistema General Equipamiento (CEIP Clara Campoamor e Instituto de<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Educaci\u00f3n Secundaria Il\u00edberis).<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid45\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"page1362R_mcid45\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u2022<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Alternativa N2:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span id=\"page1362R_mcid50\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Del P.K. 2+250 al P.K. 3+080 atraviesa Suelo Urbano Consolidado.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid54\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Del P.K. 3+080 al P.K. 3+450, en la margen norte est\u00e1 clasificado como Suelo Urbano<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Consolidado mientras que en la sur es Suelo Urbanizable Sectorizado.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid58\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Del P.K. 3+450 al P.K. 3+630, en la margen norte est\u00e1 clasificado como Suelo Urbano No<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Consolidado mientras que en la sur es Suelo Urbano Consolidado.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid62\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Del P.K. 3+630 al P.K. 4+150 atraviesa Suelo Urbano Consolidado.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid66\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Del P.K. 4+150 al P.K. 4+931 atraviesa Suelo Urbano No Consolidado a excepci\u00f3n de un<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">peque\u00f1o tramo a la altura del p.k. 4+500 de unos 100 m en el que es Suelo Urbano No<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Consolidado.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid70\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page1362R_mcid70\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">El crecimiento residencial previsto en las NNSS de Atarfe se ubica alrededor de todo el n\u00facleo actual excepto<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">por el sur. Es por esta parte, por el sur del n\u00facleo urbano y a lo largo de la carretera N -432, en su margen<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">norte, por donde est\u00e1 previsto el desarrollo industrial. En la margen sur de la N- 432 el municipio tiene sus<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">posibilidades de crecimiento un tanto limitadas debido a las protecciones de suelo de car\u00e1cter agr\u00edcola que <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">se realizan en el POTAUG (hay una zona con excepcional valor productivo)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page1266R_mcid36\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Atarfe<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">. Normas Subsidiarias aprobadas el 3 de febrero de 1994. El 1 de agosto de 2008 se aprob\u00f3 el <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">documento \u201cPGOU, Adaptaci\u00f3n parcial de las NNSS de Atarfe\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page1362R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><span id=\"page1362R_mcid70\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>FOTO DE LAS DOS ALTERNATIVAS PLANTEADAS<\/h3>\n<p><a
