Y uno de las claves para mejorar tu longevidad es el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Tomando como base las teor\u00edas de Jean-Jacques Servan-Schreiber, periodista, ensayista y pol\u00edtico franc\u00e9s, el doctor Vi\u00f1as nos recuerda que \u00ab<strong>el tiempo es nuestro mejor amigo o nuestro mayor enemigo, si lo usamos mal, este operar\u00e1 en nuestra contra y adem\u00e1s nos acortar\u00e1 la vida<\/strong>\u00ab. As\u00ed, el experto en envejecimiento y longevidad se declara seguidor del <strong>movimiento <\/strong><i><strong>slow<\/strong><\/i>, \u00absi consigues <strong>usar bien tu tiempo notar\u00e1s que una de las principales fuentes de estr\u00e9s en tu vida desaparece<\/strong>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ue-c-article__subheadline ue-l-article--top-separator ue-l-article--top-separator-from-mobile\">As\u00ed se practica el movimiento slow que suma a\u00f1os a tu vida<\/h2>\n<p><strong>El movimiento slow (o lento) propone hacer las cosas despacio y bien, <\/strong>no es necesario recordar lo que todos sabemos,<strong> las prisas y el estr\u00e9s excesivo aceleran el envejecimiento<\/strong>. \u00abDebes elegir lo que tienes que hacer para hacerlo despacio y bien\u00bb, afirma el doctor Vi\u00f1as en las p\u00e1ginas de su libro <i>La ciencia de la longevidad<\/i> (Sine Qua Non).
